SHERMAN, IRENE DOROTHY NEE NORGROVE

On a sunny, clear autumn day, November 8, 2010, we lost our dear Mom. Beloved wife of Vernon Harold for 49 years, who passed away August 21, 1997. She will be missed terribly by her daughters, Beverly Mazza and her husband John, and Lynda Buckley and her husband Paul. She will never be forgotten as a loving Grandmother to Lisa Buckley-Lacerra (Nick), Heather Buckley (Jason) with great grandson Morgan, and Ian Buckley. She was loved, cherished, and will always be remembered by her dear and special friend Jack Carney. We wish to extend our deepest gratitude to RN. Frances Nelson, Dr. Peter Derkach, and all the support staff at Westpark Long Term Care for the compassion and kindness they extended to Mom.

Friends will be received Thursday November 12th, 2pm-4pm and 7pm-9pm at Ward Funeral Home, Weston Chapel, 2035 Weston Road, (just north of Lawrence) Weston, Ontario. Private service and interment Saturday. If friends so desire, and in lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Legion would be sincerely appreciated.
