Irene Pritchard

The family announces with sorrow the passing of Irene on August 16, 2014 at Glen Hill Marnwood Nursing Home, Bowmanville in her 92nd year. Loving wife of the late Joseph (1988). Much loved Mom of Jane Jones, Stu (Linda) Pritchard, David (Peggy) Pritchard, Cathy (David) Mattice, Michael Pritchard and Beth (the late Don) MacKenzie. She will be greatly missed by her 16 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and especially her brother Ken Watson. Special thank you to the caregivers at Marnwood for their compassionate care and thoughtfulness. Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 109 Reynolds Street, Oakville on Tuesday from 7 – 9 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel.
