It is with sadness that the family announces the passing of their beloved father Howard Louis Savedra on September 5, 2016 in his 65th year. Surrounded by the love of his children and family, he went peacefully on his journey to the Lord. Loving father to Natalie (Clay) and Jessica and brother to Betty (George), Gerry (Jerry), Andrew (Puff). He will be sadly missed by extended family, friends, nieces and nephews. He will always be remembered for his intelligence, kindness, strength and gentle spirit. He was an honorable man.
Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy 7 (west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, on Wednesday, from 2-4 & 6-9p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Wilfrid’s Church, 1675 Finch Ave. W, Toronto on Thursday, September 8, 2016 at 10a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
