KENTNER, Helen Isobel (nee Moore)
At home at Woodhall Park Retirement Village, Brampton, Helen got away peacefully in her 93rd year during the wee hours of Saturday, October 12, 2013.
Loving mother of John (Christine) and Ron (Maure). Proud grandma of Matthew (Angie), Kristin, Evan, Meghan, Emily (Jason), Taryn and Simon.
Cherished great grandma of Eirelyn, beloved aunt to numerous nieces and nephews and good friend to Beryl. Predeceased by her beloved husband Harry in 1996.
Born in 1921 and farm-raised near Glencoe Ontario, educated at Royal Victoria Hospital in London Ontario, Helen was a lifelong nurse as were
her sisters and sisters-in-law.
She will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her warm smile and delightful sense of humour, a lady to the end.
A special thank you to the wonderful staff at Woodhall Park for their loving care and generous support during the last 21 months.
In lieu of flowers as per Helen's request, donations to the 'Leukemia and Lymphoma Society' or to 'St. Paul's United Church' in Brampton would be greatly appreciated.
