Hector McNeill

Hector MacDonald McNeill (“Granda”), the second youngest of four brothers, was born on March 23, 1945 in Glasgow, Scotland to Dugald and Euphemia McNeill. Hector passed away on March 4, 2025 in Vaughan, Ontario.

He is now reunited with his loving wife of 50 years, Frances, and survived by his two children, Scott (Patricia) and James (Christina); his five grandchildren, Brody, Carter, Calvin, Jace and Aidan; and countless family and friends in Canada, Scotland, and England, all of whom will never forget the love he brought to their lives.

Funeral visitation will take place at Ward Funeral Home – Woodbridge Chapel (4671 Highway #7, Woodbridge, ON) on Monday, March 10, 2025 from 12:00-2:00 p.m., followed by a funeral service at 2:00 p.m. A private cremation shall take place at a later date.
