Guido Farace

With heavy hearts, we share the news of the untimely passing of Guido Farace on July 6th, 2023.
Born on October 11th, 1943 in Castelluccio, Foggia, Italia, he was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, great uncle and his quiet peaceful manner will forever be remembered.

Guido was drafted into the military in Italy and moved to Canada in 1967. He remained a passionate and devoted fan of AC Milan but loved the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Montreal Canadians equally.

Guido believed his greatest gift was his family. He was a devoted and loving husband to Lucia for 51 years. He was proud of his children Jennifer, Tony, Teresa and Enza and always encouraged them to be their best. His son-in-laws Kevin (married to Jennifer) and Anthony (married to Teresa) were loved like his own.

Guido loved being a grandfather. He would spoil, laugh, and impart his wisdom to his grandchildren Ronan, Ashley, Torin, Joseph and Milana. His role as Nonno was very important to him and his grandchildren will forever adore his jovial essence.

Guido will always be remembered for his peaceful loving nature and making everyone smile with his sense of humour.
