Peacefully on Friday September 12, 2014 surrounded by his family. Loving husband of Giuseppina. Dear father of Claudio and Mauro. Cherished nonno of Anna Sophia. A special thanks to everyone who sent their thoughts, prayers and well wishes during this difficult time. "Memi" - as he was affectionately known - will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Highway 7, Woodbridge on Monday, September 15 from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 16 at 10:00 am at St. Roch's Roman Catholic Church, 2889 Islington Ave, North York, ON. Interment to follow at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
