Graziella Tonus

It is with sad and heavy hearts that the family of Graziella Tonus announce her passing on Thursday November 21, 2024 at Sunnybrook Health Center. Graziella was born on September 14, 1936 in the town of Bannia, province of Pordenone, in Northern Italy.

Graziella was the loving and devoted wife of Giovanni Tonus for over 66 years. Daughter of Giuseppe and Santina Chiaradia, sister of Diletta Morson and Mario Chiaradia (all predeceased).

Leaving to mourn her passing are her children Sonia and William Willoughby, Marina and Joseph Baker and Milva and Antonio Falcitelli. She was the beloved Nonna of Alyssa and Thomas, Johnathan and Aaryn, Andrew, Lily, Paul Anthony and Joseph. Special Nonna G. to Kevin, Nate and Baby Alice.

Many people considered her to be a best friend or second sister as she was known to check in with them daily and weekly to ensure their well being.

We thank you Mama for taking such good care of our Dad. It is now time for you to take a well deserved break. Please rest in eternal peace.
