Peacefully, at the Brampton Civic Hospital, on Thursday, May 5, 2022 at the age of 78. Loving husband of June for 55 years. Cherished father of Pete (Eden), and the late Steve. Survived by daughter-in-law Marie. Lovingly remembered by grandson Logan. Sadly missed by his brother Glynn and sister Donna.
Grant was the owner/operator for many years of Payne's Garage, and was a volunteer firefighter for 32 years. The family will receive friends at the Ward Funeral Home (Brampton Chapel) 52 Main Street South, Brampton on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 from 1-3 p.m. A celebration of Grant's life to follow in the chapel on Tuesday at 3:00 p.m. As an expression of sympathy donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario.
