HARRIS, Grace (nee Paddock)
1934-2017

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother Grace on Sept. 9, 2017 in her 83rd year. Predeceased by her beloved husband William (Bill) Harris. Grace will be forever missed by her loving children Jeffrey, Susan (Domenic Vivolo), and Lori (Tom Pagani), her cherished grandsons Matthew and Malcolm Vivolo, and her devoted companion John Raynor. Grace is survived by many relatives and friends who brought her a great deal of joy.

Grace was a graduate of the St. Joseph's School of Nursing in Hamilton, after which she worked at St. Joseph's Hospital before raising a family. Charming, beautiful, engaging, and full of 'grace', she had many friends and a very active social life during her prime. Grace had a wonderful sense of style and was never seen without her red lipstick firmly in place! She was kind, generous, and a great support to her children, husband Bill throughout his life, and companion John.

We wish to thank the compassionate staff at ParaMed Home Healthcare and the Kensington Retirement Home, who made every effort to improve the quality of Grace's daily life.

Visitation to take place at the Ward Funeral Home, 109 Reynolds St., Oakville on Thursday Sept. 14th between 6-8 p.m. Funeral Mass at St. Andrew Church, 47 Reynolds St, Oakville on Friday Sept. 15th at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Community Living Oakville or a charity of your choice.
