FENTON, Gordon - Retired Police Officer, Toronto Police Services. Peacefully on Sunday, February 21, 2010 at his home in Edmonton, Alberta at the age of 78. Predeceased by his beloved wife Lorraine Fenton. Loving father of Lynne Foster (Stephen) and Doug Fenton (Marilyn). Cherished grandfather of Nicole (Frank), Jon and Jay. Proud great-grandfather of MacKenzie. Gord will be greatly missed by family, friends and fellow officers. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Rd. (north of Lawrence Ave. W.), Weston on Thursday from 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 26, 2010 in the chapel at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Glendale Memorial Gardens.
