It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dearest patriarch Giuseppe Taddeo. Passed away on October 17, 2023 after a lengthy illness. Born to Salvatore and Brigida Taddeo in Cervinara Avellino, Italy, on July 20, 1931.

Giuseppe is now reunited with his beloved wife Anna Taddeo 'nee Mercaldo'. Cherished father of Adriana (Michael). Loving grandfather of Andrew (Christina), Joseph and Anna (Michael). Proud great-grandfather of Mia. Dear brother of Adriana, Luigi, Angelo Beniamino, Mario and Pietro.

A man who was proud of his Italian heritage, always happy, honest and hardworking. A kind and generous individual, with a deep sense of love for his family. He will forever remain in the hearts of all who loved him.

Family and Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home (4671 Hwy 7, Woodbridge) on Sunday, October 22, 2023, from 2:00-4:00 p.m. & 6:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Margaret Mary Church (8500 Islington Ave., Woodbridge) on Monday, October 23, 2023, at 9:30 a.m. Entombment to follow at Glendale Cemetery.
