ALONZI, Giulio - (Born in Sora, Fr., Italy) Peacefully at hospital in Toronto on Tuesday, July 14, 2009. Giulio Alonzi in his 88th year with his beloved wife of 60 years, Emma and his daughter-in-law Maria by his side. Loving father of Maria Pia and her husband Giovanni Sebastiano, Fred and his wife Maria, and Dina and her husband Steve Sardo. Beloved Nonno of Joseph, Anna, Francis, Daniel and Emily. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Rd. (north of Lawrence Ave.), Weston from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday. A Mass of Christian burial to take place Thursday at 11 a.m. from St. Bernard de Clairvaux Roman Catholic Church (1780 Lawrence Ave. W.). Entombment Beechwood Cemetery.
