Giovina Gerolin

Passed away peacefully with family by her side on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at the age of 94. Devoted wife of the late Elio. Proud mother of Virginia (Gary), Joe (Irene) and Luciana (Dan). Cherished Nonna of Tiffany, Amanda, Ava, and Christopher. Loving sister of Sebastiano, Michele, and Lucia. She will be sadly missed by her many family and friends. Giovina has been reunited with the love of her life Elio.

Born in Vasto, Chieti Italy to parents Guiseppe and Rosa. Growing up in Italy during these times, she found joy in singing with her siblings. Their beautiful songs brought joy to others. The family was so important to Giovina. She enjoyed nothing more than spending time with her grandchildren. We will miss her voice saying “Mangia Mangia” as we would make our way to the dinner table to enjoy many wonderful dishes. Her quiet times were spent in her gardens tending to flowers and vegetables.

Our family would like to extend a special “Thank You” to all the staff at Aspira Villa Da Vinci for all the care they provided to our mother. “Your radiant smile will be missed, we will love you forever.”
