MIRARCHI, Giovanni - Peacefully on Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at Humber River Regional Hospital, Church Site, at the age of 87. Loving husband of Filomena. Father of Caterina (late Pasquale), and Antonio (Maria). Nonno of Gabriella (Salvatore), Daniele, Nicola (Linda), Gisella, Giovanni and Marina. Bisnonno of Amelia, Angelo, Kiara, and Dante. Will be remembered by his sister, sisters-in-law and their families. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Highway 7, Woodbridge (just west of Pine Valley Drive), 905-851-9100 on Friday from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Roch's Church (2889 Islington Avenue) on Saturday, September 12, 2009 at 9 a.m. Entombment Glendale Memorial Gardens. If desired, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
