Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Friday May 13th, 2016 at the age of 85. Devoted husband of Maria of 53 wonderful years. Proud father of Frank, Palma and Anthony (Isabella). Cherished Nonno of Sofia. Giovanni will be sadly missed by his siblings Mario and Angela and his many family and friends. He has joined his parents Francesco and Palma, and his siblings Genoveffa, Leonardo and Archangelo. “Forever in our hearts”.
Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy. 7 (west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, 905-851-9100, a mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Peter’s church 100 Bainbridge Ave., Woodbridge on Monday at 9:30 a.m. Entombment to follow at Glendale Memorial Gardens.
