Peacefully at Sunnybrook Hospital with family by her side on April 8, 2017 at the age of 86. Loving wife of Giuseppe Zamparo. Dear mother of Ileana (Flavio Battiston), Nives, and Joe (Melissa). Beloved Nonna of Daniel, Adrian, Eric, Lucas, Sebastian, Julia and Matthew. Gioconda loved her family dearly and had a passion for cooking and gardening. She will be sadly missed by many of her family and friends.
