Gilbert Conti

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Gilbert Anthony Conti, loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, friend on Thursday January 9, 2025 in his 96th year. Beloved husband to the late Ellen Agnes Conti (2015). Loving father to Robert (Elizabeth) and Marion (Terry). Grandfather to Daniel (Stephanie), Lauren (Robinson), Brennan (Nicole), Jennifer (Jeffery) and devoted great-grandfather to his seven great-grandchildren.

Gilbert will be missed by his brother Gordon Conti (Verna), sisters-in-law Alice Junkins and Janet Benson, his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Anthony Conti of Caronia, Sicily, Italy and Ida Cowling Conti of Belfast Ireland.

A private family service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Salvation Army, Partners in Mission (Self Denial Appeal) or a charity of your choice.
