Dury, Gertrude “Trudy” – peacefully on Monday, May 27th, 2019 at Rivera Long Term Care at the age of 85. Beloved wife of the late Edgar (2010). Loving mother of Sharon and Donald (Tricia). Cherished grandma of Melanie, Sydney, Hilary and Natalie. Dear sister of the late Edwin Snow and sister in law of Caroline Hopkins. Trudy will be sadly missed by all her nieces, nephews, family and friends. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home 2035 Weston Road (north of Lawrence Ave) Weston, on Wednesday, June 5th, 2019 from 4-7p.m. A Memorial Service will be held at the Salvation Army Etobicoke Temple, 2152 Kipling Ave., Etobicoke on Thursday, June 6th, 2019 at 11am with visitation 1 hour prior. Reception to follow in the church hall. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations to either the Alzheimer’s Society or the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
