HORGAN, Gerald Joseph Patrick (Jerry) - Passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 3, 2009 at Humber River Regional Hospital - Church Site at the age of 69. Beloved husband of Carla Rae (nee Jager). Dear father of Alana, Frank (Susan), Lance (Elizabeth), Terry (Amanda), Shawna (Luke), and the late Allison. Loving grandpa to Jennifer, Elisha, Ashlee, Sasha, Liam, Kayla and Cyril. Dear brother of Leo (Emma), twin sister Geraldine (Barry Butler), the late Phillip (Alice) and the late Huey (Nettie). Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Rd. (north of Lawrence Ave.), Weston on Wednesday, September 9, 2009 from 12 p.m. until time of service in the Chapel at 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society (Dementia) or the Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
