Passed away peacefully ,at Brampton Civic Hospital on Friday, June 14, 2013. George was in his 88th. Yr. Beloved husband of the late Ruth (nee) Tennant. Loving father of Bill and his wife Cindy. For many years George was involved with Second Brampton Scouts and Venturers at Christ Anglican Church; volunteered at Brampton Civic and Peel Memorial Hospitals and was a longtime employee of CCH Canadian. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 52 Main Street South( Hwy. 10) Brampton on Friday, June 21, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Service will be held from Christ Anglican Church, 4 Elizabeth Street, North, Brampton on Saturday, June 22, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. As an expression of sympathy donations to Brampton Civic Hospital would be appreciated.
