Gentile Bertoia

BERTOIA, Gentile (nee Favot) - Peacefully at the Trillium Health Centre, Mississauga on Saturday, February 20, 2010 in her 87th year. Predeceased by her husband Eraldo Bertoia, parents Ugo and Lucia Favot, sisters Anita Galassi, Gianna and Mimi Favot. Survived by nephew John (Rosemary) Galassi, step-daughter Marsha (Ken) Terry and many loving relatives. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (north of Lawrence Avenue West), Weston on Wednesday from 4-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday at 10:15 a.m. at Transfiguration of Our Lord Catholic Church, 45 Ludstone Drive, Etobicoke. Interment to follow at Sanctuary Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Famee Furlane Club - Villa Leonardo Gambin Long Term Care would be appreciated.
