Gary Penhale

PENHALE, Gary Richard passed away suddenly on May 7, 2017.
Gary was born December 7, 1944, Toronto, Ontario. He is survived by his son Matthew of Toronto, Ontario, daughter Melissa (Jack), granddaughters Danielle, Colette, Evonne, Aimée and Brenée of Kelowna, B.C., sister Dianne and brother Edward (Janis). Gary is predeceased by his parents Orval and Doris.
He will be sadly missed by family and friends.

Gary was an original founding Committee member at the Mimico Co-operative Housing in 1988, where he continued to reside. He retired from the Toronto District School Board (Etobicoke) in 1999. Gary was a very active member at the Franklin Horner Community Center.

The interment of Cremated Remains will be in a private family ceremony at the Penhale family plot at Sanctuary Park Cemetery, 1570 Royal York Road, Etobicoke, Ontario.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Gary’s name to the Franklin Horner Community Center. Condolences may be sent to the family by visiting wardfuneralhome.com

A come and go memorial Tea/Coffee will be held in Gary’s Honour May 31st from 1 to 3pm at the Franklin Horner Community Center located at 432 Horner Avenue, Etobicoke, Ontario M8W 2B2.
