Passed away peacefully on Friday, May 23, 2014 at the age 88. Predeceased by her Husband Angelo and her Son Paolo. Loving Mother of Salvatore (Elaine) and Concetta (Mario Saccoccia). Cherished Nonna of Natalie (Raymond), Daniel (Victoria), Angelo, Tania (Thor) and Anthony. Beloved Bisnonna of Isabella and Amalia. She will be missed by her Sisters Rosetta and Enza. Predeceased by her Brother Giuseppe and Sister Lina. She will also be missed by extended family and friends.
Gaetana was born is Siracusa, Sicily, Italy and immigrated to Canada in 1966.
Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy 7 (west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, on Monday from
3-5 & 7-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial Celebrated at St. Peter’s Church, 100 Bainbridge Ave., Woodbridge on Tuesday,May 27, 2014 at 11am. Entombment to follow Highland Memory Gardens As expressions of sympathy donations to Villa Charities would be appreciated.
