Frederick, "Freddy" Clarke, FCSC (Formerly of Caledon East)

Passed away suddenly in his Oakville home on January 10, 2011 at the age of 64. Loving father of Cynthia Lee and son Brandon Charles Clarke. Grandfather to Alysia, Katelyn and Cody. Survived by his brothers David, and William. Fred will be sadly missed by his sisters- in-law Jean and Nancy, also by the mother of his children Linda Clarke, many nieces, nephews and many friends and colleagues.

A Memorial Service celebrating Fred’s life was held at the Ward Funeral Home, 109 Reynolds Street Oakville (905-844-3221) on Tuesday January 18, 2011.
