Frank David Sherwin
Born in Toronto on July 17, 1929 passed away September 11, 2018 at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital with his youngest son at his side and Frank Sinatra singing in the background. Frank and his wife Lynn (deceased June 12, 2012) raised three boys, Bruce, Craig and Mark, at their home in east Oakville. Frank had seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. In his very later years, Frank discovered a passion for world travel and visited European and U.S. destinations many times, including Sligo, his ancestral home in Ireland. Special thanks goes to all Frank's doctors, nurses and other care givers. A Memorial Service will be held at Ward Funeral Home, 109 Reynolds St, Oakville on Saturday September 15, 2018 at 11 a.m. Visitation will take place for one hour prior to the service.
