DEKLEVA, Frank Ciril - Peacefully on Monday, August 24, 2009. Beloved husband of the late Huguette. Loving father of Mark (Odette), Kim and Anna. Proud grandfather of Alex, Erik, Carl and Marek. Frank will be fondly remembered by his extended family and friends. The family will receive friends at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Rd. (north of Lawrence Ave.), Weston on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. and Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will take place in the Ward Chapel on Friday, August 28, 2009 at 10 a.m. Entombment to follow.
