STICKLAND, Francoise - October 21, 1935 - October 5, 2009 It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Francoise Stickland, who left this world on Monday, October 5, 2009, surrounded by her dearest and closest friends Marie, Connie, Margaret and Anne at the Ian Anderson House in Oakville. Predeceased by her husband Thomas, she is survived by her brother Pierre (Dominique); sisters Claude and Janine, and numerous nieces and nephews in France and Louisiana. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church (181 Sewell Drive, Oakville) on Thursday, October 15, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Ian Anderson House, P.O. Box 61034, 511 Maple Grove Drive, Oakville, ON L6J 7P5. We wish to extend a heart felt thank you to the staff of Ian Anderson House for their comfort and care of Francoise in her final days.
