FRANCESCO BITONTE Peacefully on Tuesday, December 29, 2009 surrounded by his loving wife Esterina, his daughters Mary (Greg Leonard) and Adriana (Jeff Recourt). Nonno will be dearly missed by his granddaughters Sarah, Jessica, Alison (Kevin McLaughlin), Victoria and Laura, Emma, Patricia and great-grandson Aiden. Francesco will be fondly remembered for his charisma, his love of people and his passion for gardening and wine making to perfection. He will be missed by his extended family and many friends. Friends will be received at Ward Funeral Home, Woodbridge Chapel, 4671 Hwy. 7 (just west of Pine Valley Dr.), 905-851-9100, on Friday from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Roch's Church, 2889 Islington Ave., Toronto on Saturday, January 2, 2010 at 10 a.m. Entombment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
