Francene was born December 11, 1943 to Barry Allman and Louise Allman of St Thomas, Barbados. She passed May 27, 2021 in Toronto. She is survived by son Pierre and grandchildren Tyshawne, Latajah and Alexander.

She worked for several years as a supervisor with the Homes for the Aged before retiring. She was a great listener and people often looked to her for advice.Strangers would often refer to her as "mom" because she treated them like they were part of the family. She was a loving and devoted mom and grandmother. Her faith was strong. She often prayed for others.
Francene had such a positive impact on the lives of so many people.
She had such a beautiful soul and she will always be remembered.


Respecting the current situation and pandemic restrictions, the funeral service will be private.
