Filomena Concetta Di Donato
Born in Vicalvi, Frosinone, Italy on November 30, 1932,
peacefully passed away surrounded by her loving family on August 19, 2017 at Brampton Civic Hospital. Filomena was a loving, caring and warm hearted person who showed much love to her family and friends. Filomena has been reunited with her husband Sante and her son Joseph. Loving mother of Realdo “Ray” (Rossana). Cherished Nonna of Melissa (Ryan), Matthew (Lynn) and Bisnonna of Charlotte, Bernadette, Benjamin, Raphael, Oliver, Karolina, Maximilion and Emilia. She will be deeply missed by her extended family and many friends.
Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy 7 (west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, 905-851-9100 on Monday from 6-9 p.m. and Tuesday from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at 10 a.m. at St. Margaret Mary Church, 8500 Islington Ave., Woodbridge. Entombment to follow at Glendale Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to Canadian Red Cross or Brampton Civic Hospital.
