Evelyn Jane Rossiter (nee Pyper)

It is with great sorrow that the family announces the passing of our dear mother, sister and aunt. Evelyn was born in Toronto on January 12 1942. She is survived by her beloved son Ted, brothers James (Linda), Richard (Karon) and John (Ann) and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brother George (1987). Evelyn worked her whole career at Northern Electric and was a pioneer at Nortel. In her spare time she knitted baby bonnets for the pre-mature babies at the William Osler Hospital. She will be greatly missed by her son Ted and her little dog Chewy. She had a great heart and loved helping others. Love you- miss you and God bless you Mom.
Friends and family will be received at the Ward Funeral Home “Brampton” Chapel, on Saturday September 7, 2019 from 9:00-11:00a.m. with a Funeral Service to follow at 11:00a.m. in the Chapel.
