Jarema, Evelyn (Nee Kelly)

With profound sadness we announce the passing of our beloved Evelyn on Saturday, March 17th at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital at the age of 94.
Predeceased by husband Don, four sisters and children John (1973), Donny (1995) and Debi (2002)
Evelyn is mourned and will be deeply missed by her son Jamie and daughter-in-law Joan, family Carla, William and Emily, grandchildren John, Joanne, Sean, Brett, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, nephews, nieces and friends.
Special thanks to nurse Pat and Shelley of OSCR , where she lived since 2010 and to Tawni, Dan and Paula for their loving care and attention.
Evelyn was kind, generous, intelligent and incredibly resilient and we are the better for having known and loved her.
May she rest in peace with her loved ones.
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, March 22, 2018 at Ward Funeral Home, 109 Reynolds Street at 11:30 AM. A reception will follow at the funeral home.
