Eustace "Lee" Bristol

Aka: Lee; Pam-O-Lee January 12, 1945 - January 7, 2025 Toronto

It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we announce the passing of Eustace Adolphus Bristol, fondly also known as “Lee” and “Pam-O-Lee”. Lee passed away peacefully at Toronto Grace Hospice on Tuesday, January 7 at the age of 79. Born on January 12, 1945 in New Amsterdam, Berbice to the late Una Evelyn Bristol and the late Eustace Adolphus Roberts. Lee was a loving father, grandfather, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, great-uncle and great-great-uncle.

Brother to the late Veronica, Alicia, the late Pastor Wilfred Roberts, Jeffrey aka Sammy, Caesar, Elizabeth, Carmen aka Penny, Jackie and Lyndon

Brother-in-law to late Sonny Sampson, Grace Roberts and Peter Belforte

Uncle to [Sammy, Keith, Ruddy, Lindon, the late Devon, Kim and Paula]; [Linden]; [Robert, Roberta, Ester and Timothy]; [Kelvin, Paul, the late Charlene, Toyie, Candace, LaToya and Sammy]; [Arnaldo, Colwin, Melissa, Crystal, Calvin, Cory, Calvin, Courtney, Christian, Jasmin and Agustus]; [Ariel, Arianna and Matthew]; [Aubrey aka Nikkins and Horace]; [Diamond and Corey]; [Sherwyn and Dacia]

Great-Uncle to Nylah and Mylan, Shiloh, Quigyn, Maia, Diedra, Dion, DeCresha and many others residing in Guyana, US, England and Surinam.

Lee immigrated to Canada on December 7, 1978 and some of his major accomplishments during his time on this earth are obtaining a medal for swimming across the Demerara River; being a professional boxer; being a professional cyclist and a singer/songwriter to mention a few.

He will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed for his love, guidance and support by his large extended family and friends. 

A celebration of Lee’s life will take place as follows:

Wake: Saturday, 25th January 2025 At 445 Rathburn Road, Etobicoke, ONT at 6:00pm EST

Funeral: Saturday, 1st February 2025 at Ward Funeral Homes - Weston Chapel

Viewing: 12:00pm - 1:00pm EST

Celebration: 1:00pm - 3:00pm EST

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Eustace’s name, to the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre would be greatly appreciated by the family.
