“Our Queen”

With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Etta Jandl on April 30th, 2019. Beloved wife of the late Louis Sr. (1994) and loving mother to Louis Jr. and Robert (Kimberley-Ann). Proud grandmother to Samantha (Kevin Byers) and Jason. Daughter of the late Deszo (Dan) and Elizabeth Kovach. Dear sister to Elizabeth Ujvari. Etta was a dedicated and hardworking and enjoyed a career for many years as secretary to the Engineering Department of DeHavilland/Boeing/Bombardier Aircraft Company. She enjoyed time spent camping and at the cottage with her family. She will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by her family and friends. Visitation will take place at the Ward Funeral Home 2035 Weston Road (north of Lawrence Ave) Weston, on Friday May 10th from 5:00 until 9:00 p.m.
A service will be held in the chapel on Saturday May 11th at 10:00 a.m.
Interment to follow at Sanctuary Park Cemetery.
