Peacefully at her home on Thursday January 5th, 2017 at the age of 86. Beloved wife of the late George Cook. Loving father of David and his wife Michelle and of Dennis and his wife Lee Anne. Cherished grandma of Sydney, Spencer, and Elizabeth. Etta will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home 2035 Weston Road (north of Lawrence Ave) Weston, on Saturday January 7th, 2017 from 12noon until the time of service in the chapel at 1pm. Interment to follow at Glendale Memorial Gardens.
