Emilia Sweetman

On September 3, 2018 Millie Sweetman passed away peacefully at Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital in Burlington Ontario. She is predeceased by her husband Claire, and her daughter Patricia Ann Sweetman. She is survived by her daughter Maureen Lush (Robert), and sons Peter (Inga) and Tom (Viki), and her 3 grandchildren Jessica, Janine, and Erik Sweetman. Millie was a force to be reckoned with always. Her beauty, intelligence, style, fierce opinions, love of sports and politics, business acumen and passion for life distinguish her as a unique woman - a prime example of the vanishing Great Generation. A Celebration of Millie’s life will be held on Saturday September 8, 2018, at Ward Funeral Home, 109 Reynolds Street Oakville, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.
