Born in Rende, Cosenza, Calabria, Italy on October 7, 1927
Passed away peacefully in Toronto, Ontario on June 16, 2020
At the age of 92, she was reunited with her beloved husband Francesco (Cicillo) and her adoring son Salvatore.
Loving mother of Mary, Salvatore (Jill), Gabriele (Deborah), and Elena.
Cherished grandmother (Nonna) of Ruth (Bryson), Lisa (Tony), Christopher (Lorraine), Lori (Nick), Emily and Sarah.
Proud great-grandmother of Matteo, Marco, Caira, Ethan, Nathan, Jacob, Rebecca, and Felix.

Emilia had many passions in life. In addition to taking great joy in her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, she took pleasure in all family celebrations, enjoyed cooking, baking, gardening and was dedicated to her faith. She will be remembered for her gentle nature and her generosity, always giving with an open hand.

She will be sadly missed by family, many friends and all who knew her.

Due to the current conditions and restrictions under COVID-19, a Private Funeral will be held on Friday June 19th followed by entombment at Westminster Cemetery.
