SCHMITT, Emile – peacefully at the Dorothy Ley Hospice, Mississauga, on Saturday, April 12th, 2014 at the age of 89. Dearly beloved husband of Denise (deceased December 2012). Loving father of Janet Chadwick (Wayne) and the late Ingrid Ball. Dear brother of Jeannette Hendrych. Opa of Jason (Michelle) and Trevor (Nicole) and Great Opa of Benjamin and Lucy. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home 2035 Weston Road (north of Lawrence Ave) Weston, on Thursday, April 17th from 10:00 until time of service in the chapel at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Sanctuary Park Cemetery.
