Ella Doreen Kowacz

Ella Doreen (Reid) Kowacz – March 17 1931 to March 31 2021

With 90 years of life fulfilled, Doreen passed away peacefully at Brampton Civic Hospital.
Her life was filled with love and joy for her family and friends. Her presence will always fill our hearts and be along side for each passing day.

Daughter to the late Albert and Dora Reid. Loving sister to Helen, Dean, Terry and the late
Marion and Elda.

Doreen was wife to the late Kazimierz Kowacz. Beloved mother to Brien Kowacz and wife Tanya,
the late Rick Kowacz and wife Debbie, the late Steven Kowacz and mother in law to Johanna.

A loving grandmother to Jennifer Kowacz, Andrew Tardiff, Kathy (Andrew) and Michael (Kate),
Elizabeth (Paul) and Christopher Kowacz. A great grandmother to Sophie, Chloe, Claire, Zoe, Orion and Phoenix, Andrew and Emma.

Her smile, compassion and generosity will live on in those she has touched and forever in
the hearts of many.

A private family service will be held at the Ward Funeral Home in Brampton and a celebration
of Doreen’s life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers donations in Doreen’s memory can be made to the Diabetes Canada Foundation.
