Ryan, Elizabeth Marie “Betty”

It is with deep regret we announce Betty’s passing at her residence lovingly surrounded by family on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late Donald (1991); cherished Mother of Catherine Farrow (Gary), Carolyn Harrison (Chris), and Robert (Jane Nixon).

Sadly missed by Grandchildren Ryan (Tara); Katie (David); Sarah (Jordan); Jennifer (Brendan); Robbie; Sam (Anique); Emily (Brett); Ryan Michael; Rachael, Maggie and Anna. Adored by Great-Grandchildren Jack, Connor, Louise, Benjamin, Cecilia; newborn Lauren Elizabeth Nostedt and soon-to-be-baby Crilly. Beloved sister to Illa Maher, and sister-in-law to Dorothy Horning. Missed by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Visitation will take place on Tuesday, February 7th at Ward Funeral Home, 52 Main Street South, Brampton, from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. A Funeral Service will be held at St. Bartholomew’s United Church, 22 Abbey Road, Brampton, on Wednesday February 8th at 10:30am.
