Betty passed away peacefully in Mississauga on Wednesday July 21, 2010 in her 89th year. Survived by her sister Marjorie in Scotland, her granddaughter Tracy Presniak and great grandson Andrew Presniak both in Wasaga Beach. Betty was always a hard and dedicated worker, and was a loving and generous woman whose life and spirit will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Born in Lanark Scotland to Andrew Ramage and Isabella Gibson, Betty was the eldest of five. Arrived in Canada in 1946 on the Queen Mary with her only son Andrew Milligan Presniak. Betty has spent 64 years living in Toronto and surrounding area including several years in Fergus Ontario. Family and Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, “Brampton Chapel” 52 Main St. S, (HW 10) on Sunday July 25, 2010 between 2 - 4pm.
