Heath, Catherine Elizabeth Neilina (nee MacMillan)

Elizabeth died peacefully with family by her side. Beloved wife of the late Douglas W. Heath UE (2001). Survived by her children Anne Neuman (Daniel), James, Margaret Taylor, Robert (Marivic), Colin, daughter-in-law Jessica, sister-in-law Marion Heath, thirteen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Predeceased by son, John, 2012. Her parents were James Lewis MacMillan and Catherine McCuaig of Lochiel, Glengarry County, Ontario. Elizabeth worked tirelessly for the church (Weston Presbyterian), community and WMS. A member of the Weston and Glengarry Historical Societies and was an avid Scottish Country Dancer. She travelled with Douglas to churches checking registers, graveyards and archives looking for elusive ancestors. She was a strong supporter of Clan MacMillan and Governor Simcoe Branch of UELAC. Elizabeth will be greatly missed by family and friends.

Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave. W.) Weston, on Thursday from 1-5 and 7-9 p.m.

A "Celebration of Life" will be at Weston Presbyterian Church, (Cross Street, Weston) on Friday, June 10, 2016 at 11 a.m.
