It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear Mother and Granny on October 15, 2014 in her 81st year. After a brief illness and with family by her side she will be sadly missed by Kelly (Paul) Mercer, Mike (Kelly) Hardcastle, Gregg Hardcastle, and Dale (Lori) Hardcastle. Cherished Granny of Danny, Tyler, Alex, Luke, Garett, and Abby. Predeceased by her sisters Vitaline and Mary. She will be fondly remembered by many life- long friends and extended family. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave. W.) Weston, on Sunday, October 19th from 2-4 pm. and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held at The Church of St. Stephen (2259 Jane Street, Downsview ) on Monday October 20th at 12:00 pm. Cremation to follow.
