and then on to southern Ontario, ending up in the small town of Brampton Ontario (Flower Town of Canada).

In 1994 her and her husband moved to Holland Christian Homes into the newly built Providence Tower. There she regularly volunteered for HCH and for 12 years ran the coffee social on Saturday mornings at Providence Tower. She was well known for her stories and jokes that she told each week.
Her husband passed away in 2003 and Betty lived alone in the apartment until July 29 2022, and then moving to Grace Manor due to her decline in health. On Monday August 8, 2022 at 4:00pm with her son John at her side she was called home by the Lord.
