Elizabeth Celestine West

Long time employee of the former Queen Elizabeth Hospital (Dunn Ave, Toronto) was reunited with her beloved husband Frank and son Frank Jr. on December 2, 2021 with her cherished granddaughter by her side.
She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Donations would be greatly appreciated to the Canadian Cancer Society or The Arthritis Foundation.
Family and Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, Weston Chapel (2035 Weston Road) on Friday December 17 from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m.
A Funeral service will take place on Saturday December 18, at 10:00 a.m. in our Chapel with burial to follow at Sanctuary Park Cemetery.
To safely manage and adhere to current social distancing requirements, please RSVP for the visitation and service. Wearing of masks or face coverings by everyone remains mandatory as per provincial regulations.
