The family announces with sorrow the passing of Lis on April 14, 2015 in her 66th year. Loving wife of Alan for 39 years. Cherished mother of Geoffrey (Lisa), Robert (Esther), and Renny. Devoted Oma of Abigail, Leia, Isak, Emanuel, Owen and Caleb. Daughter of the late Ralph and Renny Meyer. Lis will be greatly missed by her siblings, extended family and many friends. Lis touched countless lives with her love and generosity. Visitation will be held at the Ward Funeral Home, 109 Reynolds Street, Oakville on Thursday from 2 – 4 & 7 – 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Maple Grove United Church, 346 Maple Grove Drive, Oakville on Friday April 17, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Reception to follow.
