Elisa Infanti

Sadly we announce the passing of our dear aunt, Elisa Infanti, one month short of her 101st year.

Predeceased by her husband Beppino, she was the eldest of five sisters and is survived by sister Amalia, 94, in Italy.

She will be missed by her many nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews in Canada, Italy and Belgium.

Zia Lisa was born in Codroipo (Udine) and immigrated to Canada with her husband in the 1950’s. They worked hard and had a wonderful life.

She was a great cook, proud of her home and a passionate gardener. She loved all things to be neat, tidy and clean.

She lived in an independent living retirement residence for the past 15 years with true grit.
