Peacefully passed away at the McCall Centre for Continuing Care in her 88th year on Friday May 21, 2010. Beloved mother of Bruno Di Chiara and his wife Sheila. Cherished grandma of Stephanie (John), and great-grandma of Erika (Mike), Luke, great-great-grandma of Mylee. Survived by her sister Albina. Elisa will be fondly remembered by her extended family Michelle, Mark (Susan), Mariko, Presley, her many nieces and nephews, and her many friends. Predeceased by her husbands Giuseppe Bonifacio and Pietro Di Chiara, by her brothers Angelo and Primo Brun, and by her sister Maria.
Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (north of Lawrence Ave. W.) Weston on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9pm.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church (49 George St. Weston on Wednesday May 26, 2010 at 11am. Interment to follow at Prospect Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the McCall Centre for Continuing Care or to the Trillium Health Centre would be appreciated.
