Elena went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday October 29, 2014 at the age of 90. Devoted wife of the late Giovanni of 58 loving years. Proud mother of Dany (Laura). Cherished Nonna of Alessandro (Josie) and Stefano. Survived by her sisters Bianca, Dina, Rina and Marisa. Elena will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews and many friends and family. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy. 7 (west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, 905-851-9100, on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Peter’s Church, 100 Bainbridge Ave., Woodbridge, on Saturday, November 1, 2014 at 11 am.
